PT Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia currently seeking talented professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1. Product Engineering Supervisor
2. QC Supervisor
3. Technician Leader – Production Maintenance
- Product Engineering Supervisor
Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the electronic industry
Experience in management and electronics equipment design
Good communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus
Experience in sales and marketing is preferred - QC Supervisor
Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics Engineering, or any relevant majors
Understanding of electronic relay and switch manufacturing processes
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related roles, minimum 3 years
Experience in Quality Audits within process manufacturing
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve product abnormalities
Good communication in English - Technician Leader – Production Maintenance
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics Engineering or related majors
Proficient in manufacturing methods and 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor)
Good understanding of PLC programming
Experience in assembly and maintenance standard development
Experience in production R&D
Good communication skills in English
